CASE HISTORY:

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:

This 79 year old has a several year history of lesions on the penile shaft.

Several small erythematous plaques and plaques with well-demarcated borders were found on the penis.

LABORATORY: H&E of the shave biopsy site

His course of treatments have included ketoconazole cream, fluconazole ointment, Tetracycline, Bacitracin ointment, topical 5-fluorouracil 5% cream, and local electrodessication and curettage and have not proven effective.
