Use the following instructions as guidelines to ensure
that your pictures are of the highest quality for
evaluation.
TAKING YOUR PICTURE
Background
Please take your pictures in front of a white
background such as a wall or a piece of posterboard. If
you do not have any such background, please use one as
close to white as possible.
Lighting
Ensure that the area is well lit so that all
facial features are visible.
Your pictures should represent your natural skin tone.
Show your skin
Do NOT wear makeup and please tie or pin back
all of your hair so that none of your face is
covered.
Be sure to remove your glasses and any other
facial jewelry which may obstruct the view of your
skin.
Keep your eyes open
Angles
Your pictures should be submitted in three
different angles:
Sizing
Your actual pictures should be at least 4"x6" in
size
Your head should be as centered as possible to
ensure that none of your face is cut off your face should
take up most of the picture. Remember, you want the doctor
to have the best view possible to identify any conditions
on your face.
Specificity
Advanced users might consider circling the area
of interest in a color that stands out using a photo
editing software such as Photoshop or Paint.

File Naming
To ensure ease of identification, please name
